Time – Activity – Description
4:30AM – Wake-up – Wake up and perform personal morning tasks. For males, shaving is mandatory every morning.
5:30AM – Fall-in – Line up in company area, perform morning physical training (calisthenics and running).
6:30AM – Breakfast
8:30AM – Training – Begin the day’s scheduled training exercises.
12:00PM - Lunch
1:00PM - Training – Continue the day’s scheduled training exercises.
5:00PM – Dinner
6:00PM – Drill sergeant time – Time for drill sergeants to talk to the recruits about any subject they may think requires attention.
Mail call is also performed during this time.
8:30PM - Personal time – Time for recruits to engage in personal activities, such as writing letters, doing laundry, showering, or simply relaxing.
Recruits may also catch up on platoon duties during this time, such as barracks cleaning or wall locker organization.
9:00PM - Lights-out

A week left until my Military test, then a week after that I’m heading off to Basics.
So I’ve been studying non-stop and I finally put in some time to update and add a few new things onto my website (techparadise.net) last night.
I’ve added tons of new downloads and torrents on the forums, along with updated a few pages on the main techparadise.net site, along with new forum features and ‘fun stuff.’
So continue to check out the website and contribute, as I should be back in under three months, to pick up a few things and might have at least a little time to check up on this site and update it a bit.
As for my radio station, I had to shut it down until I’m able to run it again. My provider told me that it’ll be there when I am able to pay for it again, but just recently I found out that my radio station has been given away to someone without me knowing. So right now, the radio on the radio page is NOT mine and I may change that so it doesn’t play anymore.
I shall keep you all updated.

I’m running short on cash since I have no job right now because I’m about to get ready to move on to Basic Training for the U.S. Army, so all money goes towards my bills and having some cash in my bank account while I’m gone.

I’ve been thinking it over really hard and have been doing major research for different branches, ranks, combat, training, bonuses, payments, etc..
I’ve come up with a decision that is very important to me. It is a major decision that will change my life forever. I have very caring parents and family, so some times they come across my mind with my decision but this time in my life, I have to make up my own decisions and do something with my life. It’s going to be a big change and will impact my life a lot but I am and have given this a lot of thought and research.
My major decision will come this Thursday (08/21/08). Thursday I will meet with a Sargent that I’ve spoken with over the phone and this is the day I will make my major decision on which branch of the Army I will be joining, and will be the day I will take all of my tests.
As for the website and radio station goes, I will work something out before I leave for the Army. I am thinking of letting a friend of mine or a family member host and run my radio station for a few years.
I am asking for everyone’s prayers and I will make everyone proud.

The vacation was freaking awesome. I had the best time in my entire life (I think.. haha). I really needed it and now that I’m back I’m busy because I’ve missed out on a week of working on the site, going to work, keeping the house tidy, etc.
So right now I’ve been updating the site, including redesigning the radio page and having it so when you visit the radio page (http://www.techparadise.net/radio.html) the radio streams live from the page. So yes, now you don’t have to download or play any file to listen to the radio station; you can stay at the radio page and listen that way.
As for work goes, I’ll go back Saturday so I have a “free” week to work and update everything in my life for the week I’ve missed.
So right now, I just got finished cleaning the house and I have some more stuff to take care of. I updated the website last night before I went to bed and I will most likely work more on the site later today and if not sometime this week.
Back talking about my vacation, it was really fun. I got to fly on a plane going down to Flordia (where I went on vacation) and flew back on the same airplane coming back. The reason I said this was because It was my first time ever being in a plane.
Through the entire week I’ve been outside doing tons of things every day. It was a blast and I won’t even say everything I did because I would be here for hours and you all would be here for hours reading all of it.
So let’s leave it at the fact that I had a blast and I enjoyed my vacation very much. I may edit this later if I have the time.
